Frequently asked questions about physiotherapy, our treatment & wellness, if you have a question that is not answered below feel free to contact us.

We can conduct workplace ergonomic assessments and conduct treatment within the workplace.

Yes with an approved referral from your GP.

All of them, providing you have a current policy inclusive of physiotherapy services.

Yes all relevant documentation will be provided in order to claim through your relevant private health fund.

Yes dry needles are used where appropriate, however you can choose to have treatment without them.

Initial physiotherapy consult is 45 mins, follow up consults are 30mins, clinical pilates sessions are 45mins.

Yes, cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard and Amex you can also choose to pay cash or direct deposit.

Yes referrals for imaging are provided as necessary.

Anything causing persistent pain, sporting and over use injuries, low back/neck pain, headaches pre/post operative rehabilitation.

No. All equipment and relevant treatment tools are provided.

Yes: All clinical pilates sessions are 1 on 1 with Physiotherapist Kristy Herd
